Introduction
At Udhiyah, we understand that circumstances may change. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations and refunds are available for Qurbani (Udhiyah) orders. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
Important Notice - Time-Sensitive Service
Due to the nature of our Qurbani service and the specific timing of Eid al-Adha, please note the following critical information:
- Sacrifices are performed on specific days during Eid al-Adha according to Islamic guidelines
- Our partners prepare animals and coordinate with local communities in advance
- Once Eid al-Adha begins, all orders are considered final and cannot be cancelled or refunded
Cancellation Deadline
To ensure fair treatment of all parties involved and proper planning for the sacrifice, we have established the following cancellation policy:
Eligible for Full Refund:
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours (one full day) before the first day of Eid al-Adha
- Orders cancelled due to technical errors on our part
- Duplicate orders placed by mistake (must be reported within 24 hours of placement)
NOT Eligible for Refund:
- Cancellation requests made on or after the first day of Eid al-Adha
- Cancellation requests made less than 24 hours before Eid al-Adha begins
- Orders where the sacrifice has already been performed
How to Request a Refund
If you need to cancel your order and are within the eligible timeframe, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number and the reason for cancellation
- Our team will verify your order details and eligibility
- Once approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method
Refund Processing Time
Once your cancellation is approved:
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- The refund will be credited to your original payment method
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the funds to appear in your account
Exceptions and Special Circumstances
We may consider refund requests outside the standard policy in the following exceptional circumstances:
- Serious illness or death in the family (documentation may be required)
- Natural disasters or emergencies affecting the donor or recipient location
- Service disruptions caused by Udhiyah or our partner organizations
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds are not available. If you wish to cancel, the entire order must be cancelled according to the terms outlined above. If you have ordered multiple sacrifices and wish to cancel only some of them, please contact us to discuss your specific situation.
Changes to Orders
If you need to modify your order (such as changing the country or type of sacrifice) rather than cancel it completely, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes if they are requested at least 48 hours before Eid al-Adha. Changes requested closer to Eid may not be possible due to logistical constraints.
