• Facilitating Qurban orders for various countries and regions
• Coordinating with local partners for animal sacrifice and meat distribution
• Providing order tracking and confirmation services
• Offering customer support throughout the process

4. Orders and Payment

When placing an order through our platform, the following terms apply:

• All prices are displayed in the selected currency and include applicable taxes
• A 3% processing fee is added to cover payment processing costs
• Payment must be completed before the order is confirmed
• We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed
• You will receive a unique tracking number for each order

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Our refund and cancellation policy is designed to be fair while respecting the nature of our services:

• Cancellations must be requested at least 7 days before the scheduled sacrifice date
• Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval
• Processing fees are non-refundable
• In case of service failure on our part, full refunds will be provided
